SHRIMP AND WHITE RICE

2 Lbs shrimp ( buy the no shell, tail only)
1 large bell pepper
1 onion (medium)
butter (I use i cant believe is not butter almost whole can)
white instant 3 minute rice
1 cube knor suiza 
salt

Directions:
cut bell pepper in small squares
cut onions in medium squares
add knor suiza (usually half tea spoon)
add salt to taste
put in sauce pan with lots of butter and cover really good let it cook for 10 minutes in very low fire....
add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes


if you want to make it a bit spicy you can boil 1 tomato and 2 jalapeƱo green chilies until they are soft and blend them and add to shrimp sauce...


on a separate pan make white steam rice ( I use the box that you cook for 3 minutes cheaper and faster)

For serving:

serve rice on a plate and cover with shrimp and sauce on top of it .. make sure you cook in low fire and cover well to get all steam in and lots of juice out of shrimp, lots of butter is the key to this recipe...
