CALABACITAS CON ELOTE


Ingredients:
Squach ( 10 calabacitas)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato sauce
Salt
Knor suiza
Monterrey jack cheese
 
Preparation:
Slice squach
Put in sauce pan
Add can of corn ( drain water)
Add 1 cube of knorr suiza
Salt to taste ( usually half teaspoon)
Add can tomato sauce
And 1 cup of water
Cook in low fire for about 15 minutes until calabacitas are soft, when cooked add about a pound of sliced monterrey jack cheese turn off fire and cover until chesse melts, ready to eat !!
